Terms of Service
Effective July 8, 2026· Shift My Site is operated by Dexel LLC ("we", "us").
1. The service
Shift My Site scans and monitors websites you own or are authorized to test. It produces health scores, findings, recommendations, and email reports across areas like performance, SEO, email-domain configuration, and AI-crawler visibility. Results are automated diagnostics, not professional advice, and no specific business outcome (rankings, traffic, deliverability) is guaranteed.
2. Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree to scan only websites you own or have permission to assess, and not to use the service to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system, or to resell scans in ways that circumvent plan limits.
3. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Plan limits (such as monitored sites and scan allowances) are described on the pricing page. You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, after which the account returns to the free tier. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, though we are reasonable people — write to us if something went wrong.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of your account data. We retain scan results, findings, and connected-source metrics to power history, change tracking, and reports for as long as the related site stays on your account. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party services
The service uses third parties to operate — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Google APIs (PageSpeed, and Search Console where you connect it), Microsoft Clarity (where you connect it), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI-generated recommendations). Their processing is governed by their own terms.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexel LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.
